css 使超連結的焦點變大

如果加大width 的值，背景會重複
怎麼才能保持原來的樣式，而只是超連結的焦點範圍變大呢？

 

焦點變大 這個詞第一次聽  

用<li><a></a></li>這樣的結構就可以  前後大小要一樣
