第一、dispatch_apply 是同步函數,會阻塞當前線程直到所有迴圈迭代執行完成。當提交到並發queue時,迴圈迭代的執行順序是不確定的
樣本：
        dispatch_queue_t queue=dispatch_get_global_queue(DISPATCH_QUEUE_PRIORITY_DEFAULT, 0);
        dispatch_apply(10, queue, ^(size_t index) {
            NSLog(@"%zu",index);
        });
執行結果：
8 1 2 4 5 3 9 0 7 6
因為dispatch_apply會等待處理執行結束，因此推薦在dispatch_asyn函數中執行dispatch_apply
