Eclipse中Tomcat運行項目後出現：嚴重: Error configuring application listener of class org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener

原因：

其實是你的jar檔案沒有同步發布到自己項目的lib目錄中(如果你是用Maven進行構建的話) 

解決方案：

 點擊 Properties 選擇Deployment Assembly 再點擊右邊的Add按鈕 選擇Java Build Path Entries後點擊Next按鈕 然後選擇你的Maven Dependencies 確定即可
