Eclipse check out Visual SVN 遇到問題 svn:E175002: connection refused by the server

本機上裝了 Visual SVN 2.7,  使用 Eclipse ，安裝了 svn 外掛程式for eclipse, 在Visual 的 visual server上建立了 repostory ,但用 eclipse 還是沒能成功check out ， 爆出如下error

svn: E175002: connection refused by the server

svn: E175002: OPTIONS request failed on

我在Windows 7 的 系統Event Viewer，找到了如下的log，

VisualSVNServer.exe: could not log pid to file C:/Windows/ServiceProfiles/NetworkService/AppData/Local/Temp/VisualSVNServer.pid

於是 就在想尋找這個目錄，

C:/Windows/ServiceProfiles/NetworkService/AppData/Local/Temp

結果Temp檔案夾確實是找不到的，於是就建立了這個Temp檔案夾在Local下，然後再用Eclipse就拿到了 建立的目錄，成功check out
