背景： 在項目初期大家發現格式化後的注釋自動換行了，看著很彆扭，只敢選擇性的格式化。

           為了滿足大家的需要，於是仔細觀察了下格式化這塊，發現 這塊是可配置的。

     未設定前的格式化效果如下：

設定代碼格式不換行

步驟1:

步驟2:

步驟3:

步驟4: 取消選中 參數後開啟新行，再設定***釋行的寬度
