EF綁定到DataGridView 執行兩次問題

代碼一：在sql跟蹤裡同一查詢會執行兩次

bindingSource1.DataSource = DBCtx.KB_MDic.Include("KB_MGroup").Where(ent => ent.KB_MGroup.Path.Contains(""));

代碼二：只執行一次

bindingSource1.DataSource = DBCtx.KB_MDic.Include("KB_MGroup").Where(ent => ent.KB_MGroup.Path.Contains("")).ToList();

使用ToList，在通過bindingNavigator的刪除將記錄從幫定集合移除後，點儲存時無法持久化到資料庫，需要自己定義一個刪除按鈕添加入下代碼

            var ent = bindingSource1.Current;
            DBCtx.DeleteObject(ent);
            bindingSource1.RemoveCurrent();
