今天一個團隊成員在建立Team 專案時遇到這個問題：

我發現我已經為他分配了Team Group Member許可權、PortalSite存取權限、Sql Reporting Services存取權限，後面才知道，要建立一個Team Project，還需要有Windows Sharepoint Services許可權，具體解決方案如下：

1、在Team Explorer中右鍵點擊tfs伺服器，然後選擇“群組成員資格”：

3、在管理中心網站中，選擇網站操作下的網站設定：

4、在中，選擇人員和組：
