ERROR 000464: Cannot get exclusive schema lock. Either being edited or in use by another applicatio

 　　使用Py指令碼命令執行Feature的相關操作時，遇到個小問題

根據錯誤資訊來看是被鎖或其他程式佔用，但是ArcGis工具全部關掉後，然後重啟服務還是報這個錯，一開始不確定是由ArcGis工具開啟造成的問題，抱著試試看的態度把系統其他使用者下的工具也全部關閉，然後再重新執行，居然麼沒問題了，記錄一下，權當教訓！
