在啟動Windows Process Activation Service時，出現錯誤13：資料無效1.錯誤原因：

當Windows Process Activation Service從C:\Windows\system32\inetsrv\config\applicationHost.config中讀取configuration資料時，資料收到了損壞，錯誤訊息是：Configuration file is not well-formed XML，資料無效。

2.解決方案：

將c:\inetpub\history檔案夾中的這個applicationHost.config檔案，替換掉c:\windows\system32\inetsrv\config中的applicationHost.config，如果在c:\inetpub\history檔案夾中有好幾個類似CFGHISTORY_00000000的檔案夾，則選擇最新的檔案夾中的applicationHost.config替換掉c:\windows\system32\inetsrv\config中的applicationHost.config，然後再啟動Windows Process Activation Service即可。
