Try the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. 運行裡面輸入cmd

2. 來到你的Vs 9的安裝所在目錄:

  "%programfiles%\Microsoft Visual Studio 9\Common7\IDE\"

3. 在輸入下面的命令:

devenv.exe /resetuserdata
