最近公司在準備升級 Exchange 服務，準備工作：把離職使用者的郵箱，遷移到指定的資料庫。在升級遷移資料庫時，離職庫不做遷移。這樣能減少今後遷移的資料量。

增加移動請求並發數參考資料：

主要工作：

• 把禁用的ad使用者匯出來

• 還可以從 Exchange Powershell 中匯出30天沒有登入郵箱的使用者列表，和禁用ad表做對比

• 整理出一個有使用者名稱的 txt 檔案，使用 new-moveRequest 批量遷移

• 在批量遷移前修改 config 檔案，把並發數加大

一、匯出禁用郵件使用者

從 ad 匯出

Get-ADUser  -Filter {Enabled -eq "False"} |select UserPrincipalName |Export-Csv Disable.csv -encoding utf8

或從 Exchange 匯出，可根據 TotalItemSize 來統計出資料量的大小

Get-Mailbox -ResultSize Unlimited| Get-Mailboxstatistics | where-object {$_.LastLogonTime -lt (get-date).AddDays(-30)} |select DisplayName,TotalItemSize,LastLogonTime | Export-Csv d:\Disablemailinfo.csv -Encoding utf8

二、增加並發數量

在Exchange安裝目錄的bin下，找到的檔案，開啟把值 2 改大，(最大到100)重啟 Exchange 服務

預設路徑：X:\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Bin

設定檔：MSExchangeMailboxReplication.exe.config

三、批量遷移命令

disable.txt表中，只包含使用者名稱一列

Get-Content disable.txt | Get-mailbox | new-moveRequest -TargetDatabase 資料庫名
