【飛秋】C# 調用

SharpICTCLAS雖說是開源的，但07年以後就沒有人再進行維護，跑搜狗的語料問題不少，就連C#版本的作者也承認有不少問題。

想得到更為準確的分詞結果，還是研究SharpICTCLAS3.0，也就是ICTCLAS 2009版。dll 檔案不是C#開發的，所以引入要通過DllImport

　　使用的時候把ICTCLAS30.dll，Configure.xml和Data檔案夾copy到程式exe啟動並執行位置，否則需要制定他們的位置。

　　如何把pResult搞成昨天博文裡的wordResult格式還是個問題。還需要好好研究www.qichepeijian.com。。。。
