//如果遇到這樣的數組，如何去補齊數組中每一次的period值 缺少的月份讓它補齊 實現每一個大數組有12個月份的數組（因為有時候沒有前半年 或後半年的月份），每一次的[period]值 補齊為從（201301~201312）的結構。

就是如從201305月開始那就補齊 01~04。如果從10月開始 補齊 01~09. 按月排序每個二維數組。
