GitHub for windows問題解決：
1. 命令列下：
問題描述：
git clone https://github.com/sodino/git_project.git
error: Connection time-out while accessing https://github.com/sodino/git_project.git/info/refs?service=git-upload-pack
fatal:HTTP REQUEST FAILED

解決：
1.1 先執行 export http_proxy=http://proxy.admin.com:port

1.2 再執行 git clone https://github.com/sodino/git_project.git 即可

進入GitHub命令列工具，進入git_project目錄，執行以下命令：
git config http.proxy http://proxy.admin.com:port
