題意：給定一些任務，每個任務有e，k，e表示完成需要時間，k表示完成後消耗，為完成時間t * k，求一個順序使得完成消耗最少

思路：貪心，知道k大的盡量早晚餐，t小的盡量早完成，所以t / k小的盡量早完成，排個序即可
