針對這個問題：net.sf.ehcache.config.Configurator#configure : No configuration
found. Configuring ehcache from ehcache-failsafe.xml found in the
classpath:

在網上查到解決方案：

原因：報這個錯是因為在/web-inf/classes（web開發）或是src目錄下（java開發）沒有ehcache.xml這個檔案！這個檔案是hibernate緩衝設定檔。

解決方案：從ehcache-1.1.jar  中把檔案ehcache-failsafe.xml  解壓出來改名 ehcache.xml 複製到classes下面就行了！

設定檔解讀：
<defaultCache>表示設定緩衝的預設資料到期策略。
name表示具體的緩衝命名。
maxElementsInMemory表示cache中最大允許儲存的對象資料量。
eternal表示cache中資料是否為常量。
timeToIdleSeconds表示快取資料鈍化時間
timeToLiveSeconds表示快取資料的生命時間。
overflowToDisk表示記憶體不足時，是否啟用磁碟緩衝。
