【hoj】1031 背包問題

剛學完演算法，但是一直都只停留在ppt以及虛擬碼層次，都沒有實際的編過程式，所以一遇到這個題就傻了，用了貪心，但是有些情況求得的不是最優解，用動態規劃才能考慮到所有情況找到最優解
