There was once a project about establishing a website providing some basic functions such as showing data from a database, searching for some certain data and so on. Initially, I was considering to spend three weeks on this website project, two weeks to implement all the functions and the rest to design the user interface. The whole subject is accomplished by jsp and html. However, things didn‘t go as the plan suggested. There were many exams at the end of the semester so it took me large amount of time and energy to review other subjects. By the time I finished all the exams, I was shocked to realize there was only one week to do the website project and that week turned me exhausted. Besides all the day time, I also had to stay up late in order to finish the project. Eventually, I finished the project just the day before the deadline and what‘s worse, the website had completely no user interface design and there was little bug in some functions. That‘s really not a good project experience for me.

In my initial plan, the website should have attractive user interface, all the required functions and short responding time.

But in the final project, honestly the interface is terrible and there were some bugs in some functions .

I planned to spend 3 weeks on it but at last it only took me 1 week to finish it.
