To request a printed certificate, you are required to log onto your CertView Profile and confirm your personal or office mailing address.

We request you to follow below steps to submit the online request form:

• Log in to CertView with your SSO user name xxxx@xxxx.com
• On a new tab of the same web browser copy and paste bellow URLs . You will be prompted to confirm the address:

• You will receive confirmation email after submitting the request

Once your personal or office address is confirmed by you in CertView profile, a printed certificate of Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Associate, Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert  and Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Professional will be sent via standard shipping to your personal or business address confirmed by you and you will receive the same within 4-6 weeks from the request date.

上面三個地址，分別是申請sql、oca、ocp認證的入口（如果只是部分認證沒有收到，那麼只需要訪問未收到的認證對應的URL）。

3. 分別確認三個頁面中的地址和聯絡電話是否正確（其中Address，Address2，Address3合起來即為自己的地址），如果不正確，請直接在頁面中進行修改。是SQL認證的申請介面，OCA以及OCP認證的申請介面也基本是一樣的。

確認地址和聯絡電話無誤後，在“I confirm that my mailing address above ...”後面打鉤，然後點擊最下面的“Submit”按鈕，即可提交請求。

4. 當你提交請求一段時間後，將會收到Oracle的確認郵件。

三個認證將在你提交請求後4到6周內郵寄到你提供的收件地址。
