Outlook 2010如何更改離線快取資料OST檔案位置？

情境：
部分企業的Exchange server使用POP3的模式與用戶端的Outlook進行通訊收發郵件，這樣在用戶端會很方便更改PST郵箱資料檔案的路徑，方便大家轉移儲存，騰出必要的磁碟空間。但是很多時候，企業的Exchange server是採用MAPI或者Exchange Server緩衝模式與用戶端的Outlook進行溝通的，那麼預設情況下，該件件儲存位置為：Documents and Settings\user name\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook。隨著使用時間的推移，該檔案會不斷的增大，佔用大量的C分區磁碟空間，鑒於此，提供大家一個改變該資料檔案路徑的方法，以便騰出C分區的磁碟空間。

問題：

解決方案:
1. 開啟Outlook 2010.　點擊File > Account settings（賬戶設定）> 雙擊exchange email account　>　反選use cached exchange mode（使用Exchange緩衝模式）。註：即取消”使用Exchange緩衝模式“的勾.
2. 點擊More settings（其它設定） > 在Advanced（進階）選項卡中，點擊Outlook Data file Settings...按鈕 >　點擊Disable offline use （禁用離線使用）> 點擊OK, OK, Next, Finish.
3. 退出outlook.
4. 將您的*.ost 檔案(通常這個*.ost檔案是存在這個檔案夾下：%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.ost)移到您想要存放的位置(比如D:\outlook.ost).
5. 開啟Outlook 2010. 點擊Tools > Account settings > 雙擊exchange email account　>點擊More settings > 在Advanced選項卡中，點擊Outlook Data file Settings...按鈕 >　點擊Disable offline use > 然後上面的Browse按鈕會亮起來。點擊Browse，並選擇新的檔案地址 d:\outlook.ost. 點擊OK, OK.
6. 在use cached exchange mode前打勾。點擊 Next, Finish.
7. 退出Outlook.
8. 重啟Outlook.　相應的OST檔案應該移到您想要存放的位置了。
