PHP指令碼怎麼運行？

新手，沒弄過。
註冊了個免費的主機，用ftp命令傳來個檔案，搞了半天也沒覺得它能正常運行什麼的。
我就想讓它啟動運行一下，先過下癮。

能運行了！！
但為什麼用網域名稱可以運行，用IP地址就不能運行，顯示這個：

Account unavailable

Maybe account have been moved, deleted, suspended or not activated yet.

The requested resource could not be found but may be available again in the future.

你上面提示的的APACHE的嘛？
在hosts綁定一下網域名稱看看

能運行了！！
但為什麼用網域名稱可以運行，用IP地址就不能運行，顯示這個：

應該是電訊廠商設定的不能直接用IP訪問
