To enable C development in a Windows 10 development environment VM, follow these steps:

  1. Start VS in the Windows 10 development environment VM.
  2. Choose "File" -> "New" -> "Project", choose "Open Visual Studio Installer"
  3. Choose "Desktop development with C++", click on "Modify"
