ios sdk6 中強制橫屏顯示介面的方法

ios 6.0中shouldAutorotateToInterfaceOrientation被設為deprecated ，需追加supportedInterfaceOrientations方法來響應螢幕響應

有一點要說明，在ios 6.0中supportedInterfaceOrientations設定的旋轉的方向在plist的Supported interface orientations中必須存在，必須一一對應，否則會報錯，在
ios 6.0之前無論plist中是否存在，強制指定就可以，所以要先判斷裝置版本號碼，並讀取plist中Supported interface orientations中支援的方向來設定旋轉方向. 

追加這2個方法處理。就可以在豎向裝置的時候，橫屏顯示 view
