如何產生core file 及使用

程式發生crash時，linux會產生core dump。但是這個是需要配置的。

 

1.    
configure kernel

make
menuconfig

enter
General setup & select Enable ELF core dumps

 

3.      

configure the core file limit and pattern

ulimit  -c
unlimited
ulimit unlimited
echo "/var/%e.core">
/proc/sys/kernel/core_pattern

這樣輸出的core file就是程式的名稱.core，在/var 目錄下

man core 查看這個格式怎麼寫

4.       處理這個core file

 


On
board use ./gdb  /usr/dslg/bin/DslmSsp  -c /var/DslmSsp.core

 bt 來顯示 call trace
