問題原因：

　　kettle預設產生的各種設定檔儲存在C:\Users\Administrator\.kettle下面，sql 代理運行時則利用的system32管理員權限運行

解決方案：

      找到C:\Users\Administrator下面的.kettle檔案夾，拷貝到C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile下面即可，如果目標檔案已存在，則直接替換
