.Net(Senior)Software Engineer/Project Leader

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the full lifecycle of project including BA, HLD, LLD, Coding, Testing and

     Deployment

2. Execute the project based on Infosys and CMMI quality process guidelines

3. PL will assume ownership for client communications. Role requires interaction with

    International clientele and achieving Customer Satisfaction

 

Key Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science and related major.

2. CET4 is a must

3. 2 years of experience in .Net platform (PL should be above 5 years) is a must

4. The ability to quickly learn and gain an in-depth understanding of the Domain and the

    associated processes

5. Good Communication Skills ( English), ability to communicate with international customer

     directly would be a plus

6. Good team player

           主要職責

1. 參與項目的整個生命週期過程包括需求分析，設計，研發，測試以及實施

2. 按照Infosys和CMMI品質管理流程實現交付目標

3. 項目Leader需要根據項目需要與國外客戶討論需求，維持客戶對項目的滿意度

關鍵要求

1. 電腦及相關專業本科

2. CET4

3. 至少2年經驗在.Net 領域（項目leader至少5年經驗）

4. 快速學習的能力，能夠迅速理解業務相關的知識

5. 良好的溝通能力（英語）。可以與國外客戶進行溝通將是一個很大的優勢

6. 良好的團隊合作精神
