Html5+離線打包建立本地訊息，html5本地訊息

自己離線打包Html5+ Runtime，通常是匯入SDK的Hello執行個體，然後修改。在做訊息通知功能時，使用push.createMessage不起作用。

首先參考Android平台離線打包推送外掛程式配置

需要特別注意的是AndroidManifest的配置，需要將包名替換成自己的包名
