Go語言的http.FileServer

（1）http.Dir("/tmp")是利用本地tmp目錄實現一個檔案系統；
（2）http.FileServer(http.Dir("/tmp"))返回一個Handler，其用來處理訪問本地"/tmp"檔案夾的HTTP請求；
（3）http.StripPrefix("/tmpfiles/", http.FileServer(http.Dir("/tmp")))返回一個新的Handler，這個Handler用來處理HTTP請求（移除首碼是"/tmpfiles/"後的URL）。
總結一下，當要訪問http://localhost/tmpfiles/a檔案，實際訪問的是本地/tmp/a檔案。
