癥狀

如果伺服器使用著安全通訊端層 (SSL) 並且已將下面的兩個 HTTP 標題或其中的一個添加到了響應訊息中，就會發生上述問題：

Pragma: no-cacheCache-control: no-cache,max-age=0,must-revalidate

...

原因

當 Internet Explorer 通過 SSL 與安全 Web 網站通訊時，它會強制執行任何 no-cache 請求。如果存在標題，Internet Explorer 將不緩衝該檔案。因此，Office 無法開啟該檔案。

解決方案

需要允許此類操作的 Web 網站應當刪除 no-cache 標題。

HTTPS無法下載/開啟檔案

現象：
(1) 在IE6/7下，使用HTTPS下載/開啟檔案時，通過抓包發現檔案已傳輸，但IE提示“Internet Explorer無法下載 *** (來自 ***)。Internet Explorer無法開啟該Internet網站。請求的網站不可用，或找不到。請以後再試。” ("Unable to download. Internet Explorer was unable to open this site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.")，下載失敗。
(2) 如果下載目標有一個hyperlink，當右鍵選擇“目標另存新檔...”時，提示“Internet Explorer無法下載 *** (來自 ***)。無法將檔案寫入快取”（"The file could not be written to the cache"），下載失敗。

原因：
參考Microsoft KB815313 316431 812935 323308

解決方案：
(1) 參考上述MS KB,向client註冊表增加下列DWORD條目BypassSSLNoCacheCheck，值設為1；
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\BypassSSLNoCacheCheck
(2) 如果不方便修改client端，檢查伺服器端相關程式（eg. httpd），看是否在HTTP response header中自動添加了“Pragma: no-cache”等內容。(參考 MS KB316431的“更多資訊”（More Information）部分)

  IE訪問HTTPS連結下載檔案，IE提示無法下載
