c#之圓形無標題列橢圓表單的實現詳解

步驟如下：

1.建立表單，並隱藏標題列。

2.匯入圖片為表單BackgroundImage。適當將BackgroundImageLayout屬性設定為Strech.

3.匯入命名空間以便可以繪製二維圖形：
