在C#中怎麼通過類名訪問類的屬性(同樣適用struct等)

如果我有一個擁有FirstName的屬性的類Perso，我能通過如下方式訪問：
Person.FirstName = "Mike";

能通過下面的方式來訪問嗎
Person["FirstName"]="Mike";

通過反射類來實現，但是這種方法效能比較低。

            }

        }
