在Win下可以修改my.ini：
4.0及一下版本在[mysqld]所屬下插入
set-variable=max_connections=1000(或更多) 即可。
4.1以上修改max_connections的屬性

在Unix/Linux下：
mysql的最大串連數預設是100, 這個數值對於並發串連很多的資料庫應用是遠遠不夠的，可以把它適當調大
whereis safe_mysqld
找到safe_mysqld的位置，然後編輯它，找到mysqld啟動的那兩行，在後面加上參數
