BUG 1：GDI+ Image::FromFile 無效

m_pImg = Gdiplus::Bitmap::FromFile(m_imgFilePath);m_pImg為NULL

原因是沒有初始化GDI+。
BUG2:GDI+  new Bitmap不能接受三個參數

//建立目標Bitmap Bitmap *bmpDest = new Bitmap(destWidth, destHeight, m_pImg->GetPixelFormat());

原因：//#ifdef _DEBUG
//#define new DEBUG_NEW
//#endif


BUG3：BGR BGR BGR to RRRGGGBBB，轉化出錯，圖片顏色不一樣，如

最後我將圖片讀入MATLAB分析，發現：
A1 轉化後，B1原圖，發現出現的是值的差別，最後定位如下：
