Oracle Diagnostics Tool的安裝步驟:

0.安裝平台:Linux 3.7 AS , Oracle EBS 11.5.10.2
1.安裝診斷工具必須首先安裝包:p3636980_11i_GENERIC
解壓縮,修改其中的檔案newprods.txt,將其中的資料表空間名稱改為系統中已有的資料表空間,或自己建立資料表空間.
2.將izuprod.txt,izuterr.txt,newprods.txt三個檔案拷貝到APPL_TOP/admin目錄中.
AutoPatch程式總是從newprods.txt中尋找需要新安裝的組件.
3.改變目錄到APPL_TOP/admin下.
4.運行adsplice(必須從APPL_TOP/admin下運行).當系統問到AD Splicer 的控制檔案名稱的時候,輸入newprods.txt.
5.等待運行完成. 執行
select APPLICATION_ID
       from fnd_application
       where APPLICATION_SHORT_NAME = 'IZU';
驗證安裝是否完成.

6.執行   select STATUS
        from fnd_product_installations
        where APPLICATION_ID = 278;
如返回一行,則說明執行成功,否則需要重新執行.

7.確認IZU_TOP環境變數已經設定:
$export IZU_TOP/mnt/raid0/u02/oracle/prodappl/izu/11.5.0/bin,如果此處不進行設定,則下面的安裝將會有提示.

8.執行u3636980.drv驅動.
到$AD_TOP/bin/,執行adpatch, 回答系統提出的幾個問題,包括IZU_TOP.並指定驅動程式的檔案位置: /home/applprod/3636980/u3636980.drv.
完成後退出.

9.執行$AD_TOP/adadminnew,將系統改到維護模式,退出.

10.下載p5092220_11i_GENERIC包. 解壓縮到/home/applprod/5092220

11.到$AD_TOP/bin下執行adpatch. 回答系統提示的問題,輸入4條線程. 指定檔案夾的位置:/home/applprod/5092220,並指定驅動.,系統開始安裝.等待安裝結束.

12.執行adadminnew,將系統維護模式取消.

13.以sysadmin使用者登陸, 進行使用者管理職責. 進"使用者"菜單,

14.在介面上輸入需要添加Oracle Diagnostics Tool的使用者,搜尋, 點"更新",
15.在使用者資料中點"分配職責"按鈕, 找到Oracle Diagnostics Tool職責,並選中,確定.
16.在"證明"輸入資訊.然後點應用確定後,退出.
17.重新以sysadmin使用者登陸即可看到Oracle Diagnostics Tool職責.
18.安裝完成.

Oracle Support Diagnostics are now launched exclusively from within the Oracle eBusiness Suite. To accomplish this, assign the "Oracle Diagnostics Tool" responsibility (pre-seeded since the April Diagnostics patch) to eBusiness Suite users.
The following tasks should be completed using a responsibility that can assign responsibilities (e.g. "System Administrator").

To assign the "Oracle Diagnostics Tool" responsibility to eBusiness Suite users.

If "User Management" responsibility is available
Select the "User Management" responsibility
Click on "Users"
Query the user to which the "Oracle Diagnostics Tool" responsibility should be assigned
Select the "Update" icon
Click the "Assign Roles" button
Search for "Oracle Diagnostics Tool"
Tick the "Select" check box and then click the "Select" button
Fill in the "Justification" text field and then click the "Apply" button
Click the "Home" hyperlink to return to the eBusiness Suite home page

If "User Management" responsibility is not available
Open the "Users" form (Security > User > Define)
Query an existing user
Add a row in the Responsibilities sub-tab region
Select "Oracle Diagnostics Tool" responsibility (Application: "CRM Foundation") from the responsibility LoV
Click "OK" and save the record
