iOS曬作業：塗鴉pdf

     除了瀏覽pdf電子書之外，如期完成了塗鴉pdf。

     為了翻頁手勢和塗鴉手勢的正確識別，還是將瀏覽和塗鴉分離開來的好，對不同view的處理還是少了很多麻煩滴。

主要涉及：

1. 多context，分層畫畫

- (void)drawLayer:(CALayer *)layer inContext:(CGContextRef)ctx

2. 觸摸事件touches族那些event

- (void)touchesBegan:(NSSet *)touches withEvent:(UIEvent *)event 

- (void)touchesMoved:(NSSet *)touches withEvent:(UIEvent *)event 

……

3. 初始化單頁view傳頁碼

- (id)initWithFrame:(CGRect)frame onPage:(NSInteger)page
