iOS presentViewController的時候有卡頓或延遲，解決ios7卡頓

我在應用裡邊present一個很簡單的Controller感覺總有個零點幾秒的延遲，有的時候更嚴重，點一次根本沒有跳轉，然後隨便再點一下才會跳，在網上搜了一下，找到一個方法可以解決這種問題：

dispatch_async(dispatch_get_main_queue(), ^{

                MessagePushSetViewController * vc = [[MessagePushSetViewControlleralloc]init];

                [selfpresentViewController:vcanimated:YEScompletion:nil];

                [vcrelease];

            });
