因為cookie的值是ASCII字元，不能直接把自訂cookie的值直接賦值為中文，但是要實現這個功能，還是有方法的。
1.java中已經給我們提供了方法，此時只需要匯入該包就行

2.解決頁面中文字元出現亂碼問題

3.使用URLEncoder.encode()方法和URLDecode.decode()方法來進行這種操作；
