JavaRegex判斷郵箱是否合法__Java

　　在網上找了好久關於郵箱合法性判斷的代碼，發現總是有些漏洞，比如我的郵箱：id_for_yy@qq.com總是通不過驗證，於是自己參考Regex寫了一個判斷郵箱合法性的函數，僅供參考。
