Javascript簡單跑馬燈

很久前寫的簡單JS，讓頁面元素旋轉起來：
複製下面代碼粘貼在地址欄，然後斷行符號即可(IE6\7\8測試通過)：

最後那個a函數的四個參數分別是：
1、要旋轉的標籤
2、速度
3、旋轉方塊大小
4、旋轉的中心位置（還有點問題）
