jquery ajax 與servlet間亂碼解決方案

中文亂碼問題，解決辦法其實很簡單，傳之前encode，傳之後decode。看相關源碼片段：

需要注意的是：JavaScript中encodeURI 不對下列字元進行編碼：“:”、“/”、“;”和“?”，建議使用encodeURIComponent
