1、one()方法功能是為所選的元素繫結一個僅觸發一次的處理函數，其調用的文法格式為：one(type, [data], fn)
其中參數type為事件類型，即需要觸發什麼類型的事件；參數data為選擇性參數，表示作為event.data屬性值傳遞給事件對象的額外資料對象；fn為綁定事件時所要觸發的函數。
