js apply / call 函數

這兩個函數的作用是: 將函數綁定到另外一個對象上去運行 

用call和apply應用另一個函數（類）以後，當前的函數（類）就具備了另一個函數（類）的方法或是屬性，這也能夠稱之為“繼承”。
