page指令
page指令是在jsp開發中較為重要，使用此屬性，可以定義一個jsp頁面的相關屬性，包括 設定MIME類型、定義需要匯入的包、錯誤頁的指定等

從上面代碼的第一行可以看出page指令的基本用法了，language是指明語言類型，contentType是開啟類型，charset是編碼方式。
