學習jsp的時候，有時候頁面表單提交的時候會出現亂碼
進行如下改動看還會不會出現亂碼:
(我採用的是UTF-8編碼 ///gb2312)
1.在myeclipse中修改workspace的編碼
preferences--->>>
2.修改相關檔案的編碼，一般把workspace的編碼修改之後，對應的相關檔案也會自動的調整自己的預設編碼。
preferences--->>>
3.頁面匯入
<%@ page language="java" pageEncoding="UTF-8"%>
4.在jsp頁面的<head>標籤裡面加
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;Charset=utf-8">
5.將form的提交方式改為 method="post"
6.還可以直接修改伺服器的編碼設定(tomcat伺服器)，
在tomcat的安裝目錄下有個conf檔案，裡面有個server.xml檔案
修改處:
<Connector port="8080" protocol="HTTP/1.1"
connectionTimeout="20000"
redirectPort="8443" />
改為
<Connector port="8080" protocol="HTTP/1.1"
connectionTimeout="20000"
redirectPort="8443"
URIEncoding="UTF-8" useBodyEncodingForURI="true" />
