indexof（‘字元or字串’）尋找字串中指定字元或字串首次出現的地方，並返回起索引；

Substring（int index ，int length）

index：開始的長度初始從0；

length：要截取的子字串的長度；

 靜態欄位必須通過定義它的類來訪問，不能用類的執行個體來訪問
