[LeetCode-JAVA] Bitwise AND of Numbers Range

Given a range [m, n] where 0 <= m <= n <= 2147483647, return the bitwise AND of all numbers in this range, inclusive.

For example, given the range [5, 7], you should return 4.

 

思路：開始一位一位做的TLE了，這是網上很簡潔很好的一個方法。

        很容易理解，因為是2進位，不一樣則相與為0，如果第i位一樣，i-1位不一樣，那麼m、n肯定不是相連的，那麼其中必然會有一個數字第i位不一樣。
