我不太會編輯csdn的文檔，本文是在前文搭建的伺服器上，在iOS端添加一個GET請求，用於註冊使用者。本文使用三方庫：AFNetWork  代碼使用block非常精簡，主要代碼就幾行。

封裝get參數。manager 可見是一個單例模式設計。success後面為block，提交成功failure 為失敗。這一篇特別篇為補充，做一個比較。
