解決mysql提示‘./mysql-bin.index’ not found (Errcode: 13) 的方法

提示./mysql-bin.index無法找到（由於mysql開啟了bin日誌功能），到資料庫根目錄查看該檔案是存在的，可能是檔案許可權的問題，查看了資料庫根目錄的許可權是700，所有者和使用者組都是root，可能是上次轉移資料庫的時候不小心修改了檔案夾的許可權。

解決方案：

chown -R mysql /usr/local/mysql && chown -R mysql /usr/local/mysql

重新啟動mysql [OK]
