資料擴增 data-augmentation的方法及代碼

為了擴增資料集，採用了2種方式來進行資料的擴增。

1、使用keras的資料增強處理

2、使用skimage的資料增強處理

keras包括的處理，有featurewise視覺上映像會稍微變暗，samplewise視覺上映像會變成類x光映像形式，zca處理視覺上映像會變成灰白映像，rotation range 隨機旋轉映像，水平平移,垂直平移，錯切變換，映像縮放，圖片的整體的顏色變換，水平翻轉操作，上下翻轉操作， rescale。

存在的問題是映像的變換是隨機的，即有的映像可能不會變換。

skimage的資料增強處理，有resize， gray，rescale，noise，flip，rotate， shift， zoom，gaussian zoom，shear，contrast，channelshift，PCA，polar。

目前極座標變換polar，還有些問題，即轉換後只有灰階圖，有待解決。
