移動端meta標籤緩衝設定

1.設定網頁字元編碼utf-8

2.設定視口寬度為裝置寬度，禁止使用者縮放 

3.設定禁止自動將數字識別為電話號碼

4.設定網頁關鍵字，利於seo搜尋

5.設定網頁主要內容描述，利於seo搜尋

6.刪除預設的蘋果工具列和功能表列

7.設定狀態列顯示樣式（預設樣）

8.定義頁面是否緩衝（pragma配合no-cache禁止頁面被緩衝）//http1.0

9.設定頁面緩衝方式（cache-control的contend的取值有no-cache、no-store、max-age、must-revalidate）//http1.1

註：no-cache：不緩衝到期的資源，緩衝會向伺服器進行有效處理確認之後處理資源。

　　no-store： 不進行任何緩衝

　　max-age： 指定到期時間，有效期間內從緩衝擷取

　　must-revalidate：作用同no-cache，強制校正本地版本是否到期

使用no-cache的目的就是為了防止從緩衝中擷取到期的資源。
